If you’ve been to Strada Sforii, you may wonder what is ‘the narrowest street in the world’ you could wander on? Below are the contenders for the title of ‘the narrowest street in the WORLD’ … or at least, the narrowest street… in some part of the world.
- UPDATE#2 RE: VISITOR ACCESS …things have been improving as of 1st of September you can visit the street by using the entrance on Strada Cerbului (not Poarta Schei)! The face lift works will continue apparently until 15 September though, followed by a number of events.

UPDATE 25 Aug: As the pics prove it …things are currently getting much worse regarding visitor access, before (hopefully) they would get better! Between 8 August to 15 September Strada Sforii gets a face lift followed by a number of events that range from street art to live performance and audience participation. A well known master painter in Brasov and noted abroad, Iacubovici passed away early in 2018, leaving behind him a body of work worth checking for its inspring subtle complexity and esoteric recoils of his brush. The posthumous show at the Blue Gallery, aims to recreated the painters physical and mental workspace, focusing on the life of the painter and the familiar ‘objects’ he surrounded himself with.
